In view of the above situation, when the inspection personnel of the Bureau communicated with the company, the person in charge of the company repeatedly emphasized that this was a customer requirement and must be met. To this end, the Changshu Inspection and Quarantine Bureau patiently carried out legal propaganda, convinced and educated them with the case, and took the initiative to instruct companies to carry out rectification in accordance with the requirements of the EU standards. After re-qualification and secondary inspection, the release was granted and the success of a recall incident that may be caused by unsatisfactory safety performance of children's clothing machinery was eliminated.

The inspection and quarantine authorities reminded relevant companies that in recent years, European and American countries have placed higher and higher requirements on the safety performance of children's clothing machinery, and recalls have also occurred frequently. Enterprises must further strengthen their awareness of the legal system, pay attention to the collection of domestic and foreign technical regulations and standards, and pay attention to infants and young children.
